The Shoppes at Greenland Chase are located in the heart of Jacksonville's booming Southside/Avenues market on Greenland Road at the corner of Greenland Chase Boulevard. This convenient location is less than one half mile from the I-295 and Phillips Highway interchange, and one mile from the Avenues mall at I-95 and Phillips Highway (US 1). Greenland Road is scheduled to be widened to a five lane highway beginning spring of 2007 with completion in the summer of 2008.
