GREENLAND Crossing
|
The Shoppes at Greenland Crossing are located in the heart of Jacksonville’s
booming Southside/Avenues Market on Phillips Highway at Interstate 295 and
Greenland Road. The Shopping Center offers great sight lines from I-295 and
for traffic exiting onto Phillips Highway. Greenland Road is scheduled to be
widened to five lanes beginning the Spring of 2007. This Shopping Center is
conveniently located near the phenomenal growth areas of Southeast Duval
and Northwest St. Johns county areas. NewCom Development plans for the
project will be LEED certified by the US Green Building Council. The Planned
Opening is for the Spring 2009 with space available from 1,300 sq. ft. to
89,000 sq. ft. at pre-construction lease rates. |
