Greenland Commerce Center plans to be the first Business Park in Florida to be
LEED certified by the U. S. Green Building Council. NewCom Development, LLC
will pursue a Silver Certification for Greenland Commerce Center. Greenland
Commerce Center is located on Greenland Road at the corner of Greenland
Chase Boulevard, less than one half mile from the I-295 and Phillips Highway
interchange and one mile from the Avenues Mall at I-95 and Phillips Highway
(US 1). Greenland Road is scheduled to be widened to a five lane highway
beginning Spring of 2007 with completion in the Summer of 2008. Greenland
Commerce Center along with The Shoppes at Greenland Chase are part of a
mixed use development of 210,000 square feet including 184,000 square feet of
Office, “Flexspace-Office/Warehouse” and 31,000 square feet of retail. Warehouse
space will offer 18-22 foot clearance with on grade or truck high doors. Both
projects have a Planned Opening for Spring of 2008. Office and Flexspace is available starting at 1,300 square feet and up of retail with 64,200 square feet and up of Office, Flexspace Office/Warehouse. Pre-Construction Lease Rates available for a limited time. |
